These include Training and Licensing, Learning and Development, Higher Education, Retail, Politics, Insurance and Financial Services, many of which are highly regulated. These experiences include having worked for a Private Equity owned company, managed up to a $100 million (+) revenue business unit, direct reports up to Vice President and Senior Director levels, home office support staff, central services, marketing, call center and National and Local field sales. Brett has managed up to a $16 million annual budget, which included 200 (+) geographically dispersed staff and performed with as high as 80% margins and performance to measures at up to triple digit percentage growth. Corporate, Government and Military sectors, at the national and local levels, are all arenas Brett has served. Having served on Executive Leadership Teams, reported directly to the President and CEO and having attended and presented to Boards of Directors and Private Equity ownership, Brett has a keen understanding of business needs at all levels of the organization.
